CINNAMON DOLCE ICED COFFEE

Ingredients
Syrup:
• 1/2 cup light brown sugar
•  80mls cup pure maple syrup
• 80mls cup water
• 1 cinnamon stick

For the iced coffee:
• Ice or coffee ice cubes
• 1 cup Cold Drip Coffee Concentrate
• 30-40ml cinnamon dolce syrup (recipe
• Full cream milk plus cream. (as desired)

Instructions
Cinnamon dolce coffee syrup:
Heat all ingredients slowly in a small saucepan over a low heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved.
Remove from heat and let sit for 15 minutes.
Remove cinnamon stick. Refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

For the iced coffee:
• Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
• Add Cold D rip Coffee Concentrate
• Add 30-40mls of cinnamon dolce syrup (add less or more according to taste)
• Add milk and cream to your desired point of creaminess.
• Drop in a straw and serve.
