ALMOND MOCHA COFFEE

Ingredients

• 80mls Thickened Cream
• 10mls Almond Syrup (Available from Dan Murphy’s or Liquor Stores)
• 250mls milk or alternative.
• 30 mls Chocolate Flavoured Syrup
• 60-125mls Cold Drip Coffee Concentrate
 Sliced almonds (or chopped nuts, for garnish,
• Maraschino/Glace Cherries

Instructions
• Whip both the thickened cream and almond syrup in a chilled small bowl with an electric mixer on low speed until cream begins to thicken. Beat on high speed to desired consistency, then place in refrigerator.
• Heat milk in a large microwave-safe bowl on HIGH 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until hot but not boiling. Whisk until foamy.
• POUR almond syrup and chocolate syrup into each of two microwave-safe coffee mugs. Microwave on HIGH for 20 seconds. Heat Cold Drip Coffee Concentrate to the desired temperature and pour into each mug.
• ADD heated milk. Top with almond whipped cream. Garnish with nuts and cherries and extra chocolate to your taste. Serve immediately.
